Casa Ladera is a well maintained 2 bedroom villa fully equipped with modern appliances to make your holiday both relaxing and comfortable.
Each bedroom has air conditioning with cooling and heating facility, large fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, ample drawer space and stunning views over the countryside. Both rooms will accommodate the large travel cot available.
The en-suite bathrooms have a full size bath with shower, heated towel rails for the cooler months and all the water you need from our high capacity hot water system. The twin room bathroom is also fitted with grab rails to provide stability for those in need.
The kitchen includes electric cooker, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cooking pots with which to enjoy local fresh food.
The living room is open plan with a dining area to seat 6. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a sprung double bed. There is a TV with English channels, DVD and CD player. The living room has air conditioning with cooling/heating facility and an electric fire for the cooler months.
Other equipment includes, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, caffetiere, picnic coolbox, books, games, maps, walking guides, local information and guidebooks. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, a barbecue and plenty of terraces. Garden furniture, sunbeds and brollies are provided for enjoying alfresco dining in the sunshine or for taking a break in the cooler shady spots.
We know from the comments in our guest book that our clients spend many hours just enjoying the villa, pool and garden with its fantastic views, aromas, wildlife and the jingling sound of distant goat bells.
