First, Casa Ladera was perfect in every way. I mean that - we could find no fault (and we are after all British, so fault finding is inbred!) and its facilities were matched by its location Yes, the disbelief at the first decent of the drive was profound, but within days we were negotiating it like goats. Everything was clean, working and well maintained. Superb. The second and equally important factor was the way we have been dealt with by your good selves throughout, and I mean from first enquiry to dealing with problems of our own making. Not only have your information, directions and suggestions been helpful but you have always sounded like you really wanted to help and that is something we truly appreciate. As I mentioned on the telephone Kevin, we may be trying to visit the western half of Andalucia next June, but that will only delay or add to our next visit to Casa Ladera, assuming of course we are not now high on the list of tenants from hell.

'I have included the client feedback form, but to be fair it hardly allows for our expression of gratitude for what undoubtedly has been our best holiday to date. Quite apart from the scenic beauty of the area, the wall to wall sunshine (you kept your promise Val) the achieving of a long held ambition to visit the Alhambra and not least the taste of cold San Miguel, the holiday was made by two things. Before we embarked on our holiday you provided us with excellent communication on details of the area, the villa and even an up to date weather report! Arriving at Malaga airport we picked up our hire car and 'quickly agreed' who should navigate and who should drive, and your directions were invaluable especially as we were arriving by night. The only part of the journey where we became unstuck was around the town of Frigiliana where there were some minor road works and the roads became smaller and less like roads, as we expected. This soon proved to be a minor detour and a quick impromptu tour of Frigiliana. We were pleasantly surprised arriving at your villa and thank you for our welcome there, which was greatly appreciated. Over the week your villa helped us to leave our busy lives behind, relax fully and take in the fabulous surroundings. Despite it being only one week we managed to squeeze in quite a lot! We had a tour of Frigiliana and Nerja, plus a drive across to Torrox and Compete and finally went to the Hydro Electric plant at El Chorro near Campanillos. We called at Marina del Este and booked some scuba diving as you recommended which was excellent (but a bit chilly in wet suits!). We visited the caves at Nerja but decided they were quite tame in comparison to the excitement of the 'bat caves', that we crawled into at Canillus de Aceituno. On our last full day we did the river walk from Nerja and words can not express how refreshingly beautiful this was. We walked through the gorge up the course of the river passing swimming pools, cascading waterfalls that were layered with limestone and fantastic greenery. This was a spectacular end to our holiday. Thank you for a wonderful week with great memories.
